This year, I found Cashe's Halloween costume on sale at Babies R Us for 40% off. Since kids grow so fast, costumes last for a few hours for only one year & I wasn't about to lose any money on my $16.00 purchase this year! So, for $4.00 per 'event', I feel good about our Little Monster's purchase.

We even made it to visit Franziska, Cashe's former daycare lady who had retired in May.She was so surprised & so excited to see how much Cashe has grown in 5 months.

Moehlmann Kids' Halloween Party
Headed into the haunted Moehlmann house.
Check out that belly.
Melissa is incredible. She outdoes herself all the time (& has 4 kids!)
Incredible watermelon brain.
But who wants to eat the fruit brain when you can bury your face in chocolate frosting?
Cashe laughed & laughed while playing the Halloween bowling game.
There were game stations set up all over the house for the kids to travel around & win prizes. At the end of the night, the Moehlmanns had built a life-size, haunted maze for the kids to walk through. It was phenomenal.
Ella, Cashe & Kohlman at Jen's ping-pong game (that involved no beer although it does certainly look like beer pong).

Donnelly Harvest Party
Speaking of talented women I am blessed to have in my life, Dianne Donnelly is yet another woman who hosted a fantastic kids' harvest party.
There were games & games & more games for the kids to play that day.
Amber Joy's game included boxes in which the kids had to put their hands in a hole to guess what was really inside the box that was labeled with things like, "fingernails" (broken sunflower seeds) & "bat wings" (pig ears). It was so creative.
This golf game was Cashe's favorite.
As well as throwing the ball with Maddie, one of his babysitters.
