Cashe had his first day at 'school'. The school he is going to here is not quite the same as the one in Eagle (sob sob), but I'm coping. He's obviously fine with it, but I miss the organization & the structure & the fact that everyone had a degree in early childhood development.
I love Twin, but it lacks some of the 'finer things in life' & I realize that perhaps that's God way of telling me to use my own education to 'school' my child instead of sending him off to school. It's certainly something I'm praying about, but for now, he can use the socialization with kids his own age (instead of a 33-year-old boring mom) & I'll get caught up on some work.

Matt & Ali sent me a pic of the gift we got them all pieced together -- the 'vase' is a wine bottle from the night Matt proposed. Awe.

Uncle Matt sent this cool picture of Thomas the Train in Tillamook, OR on their honeymoon. How sweet of them to be thinking of Mr. Cashe-man while on his honeymoon. Awe.
The Bradleys came & stayed with us Friday night on their way to CA. We went to dinner at Johnny Carino's & Cashe ate 3 loaves of bread & a pizza!
And he had a BALL with Kohlman. He followed poor Kohlman around all night & the next morning.
We finally got caught up on our sleep too (even Lightning McQueen got some extra zzzz's!)

Sunday afternoon after church, we decided we would go to Jackpot to swim in their pool while Daddy gambled. We had SOO much fun together & wore ourselves OUT.
Can you sense the exhaustion in his face?
How 'bout now?
Soooo glad we had some time as a family to enjoy each other & catch up on a little lovin'. XOXO

LOVE the wine bottle thing! How in the world did you make that?? What a special gift!
